THEOism Wellness Lifestyle is fundamentally integrated into the understanding of the human blueprint structure and what is needed to keep it functioning at optimum performance.

The following information is fundamental to our understanding of how the human engine is made up and its basic functions and the resources it uses to keep itself in optimum performance.

  • You Are What You Eat Is More Than A Cliché - Our 3rd eyes are opened to the truth that the microorganisms in our gut can influence our mind.

Every physical, mental or chronic disease begins in our digestive system (Gut), also known as the Enteric Nervous System (ENS).

The Guts is the home of worms, bacterias, funguses, and viruses all living in harmony.  There’s an entire ecosystem of bacteria and a vast neural network operating in our guts.

The Gut-Brain (Enteric Nervous System (ENS)) controls our digestion, starting with swallowing to the release of enzymes that breakdown food including the control of blood flow that helps with nutrient absorption to elimination.

Inside the digestive system, the Enteric Nervous System mainly communicates with bacteria.  Our Gut bacteria help digest our food and fight off unfriendly outsiders like viruses and molds.

THEOism Practitioners wore amazed when they learned that Prebiotic” foods support a healthy gut ecosystem in which our bacteria can thrive.

Fermented foods are rich in probiotic bacteria.  By eating fermented foods you are adding beneficial bacteria and enzymes to your intestinal flora, increasing the health of your gut microbiome and digestive system, and improving the immune system.

Fermented foods benefits include reduced high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, weight management, increase mood and brain activities, and inflammation.

A healthy Gut can reduce inflammation and cortisol levels, lower your reaction to stress, improve memory, and even reduce neuroticism and social anxiety. Signals from the digestive system affect metabolism, raising or reducing risk for health conditions like type 2 diabetes.

THEOism researchers are finding evidence that irritation in the gastrointestinal system can send signals to the Central Nervous System (CNS) that trigger mood changes. It also influences our judgment.

THEOism practitioners are aware of the truth that microbial cells in our bodies, outnumber the human cells.

Please note that THEOism Wellness Lifestyle conversations continue to point out that even though we understand and follow THEOism Lifestyle principles, external forces such as climate change, polluted water, chemically treated food, medication with all its side effects, air pollution, radiation, and other external forces could have a negative effect on our health and lifestyle.

Following our Lifestyle Principles, will give our body a fighting chance of maintaining a strong immune defense system.

  • THEOism Understanding Of The Human Internal Engine Structure.

The human body is made up of over 40 Trillion cells.  We have approximately 60,000 miles of Veins and Arteries.

Our human body is comprised of about 70% to 80% water.

Water is the only substance on earth that can exist in 3 stages.

    • Liquid
    • Solid
    • Gasses
  1. Please note that our skin absorbs 1.5 liters of water during showering.
  2. If the body loses 2% of its water content, we become thirsty.
  3. If we lose 10% of our body water content, we start to hallucinate
  4. We need water to breathe.  If the body loses 12% or more of its water content, we die.
